  10.          This file provides information for Shareware Distributors such
  11.          as Disk Vendors and Computer Clubs who wish to distribute the
  12.          NewBiz 1.0 package.
  13.  
  14.          You may compress and distribute NewBiz as long as:
  15.  
  16.          - you explain the Shareware concept (copyrighted, try-before-
  17.            you-buy; continued use requires registration and payment of
  18.            a fee to the author) to your customers or members
  19.  
  20.          - you designate NewBiz as Shareware and NOT as Free, Freeware
  21.            or Public Domain
  22.  
  23.          - you do not "rent" or "lease" NewBiz to others
  24.  
  25.          - you do not sell NewBiz as part of some other inclusive
  26.            package, nor are you permitted to include NewBiz in any
  27.            commercial software packaging offer without written consent
  28.            from CCI Ltd.
  29.  
  30.          - you make it clear to your customers or members that any
  31.            charges involved ONLY cover your service of copying/making
  32.            available of NewBiz, which does NOT convey any rights other
  33.            than trial use of NewBiz
  34.  
  35.          - ALL of the files as listed in the NEWBIZ.LST file are both
  36.            included and unmodified
  37.  
  38.          The right to withhold or withdraw permission to distribute
  39.          NewBiz from anyone at any time for any reason is explicitly
  40.          reserved.

  42.          For consistency please name the archived NewBiz files
  43.          NEWBIZ10.*, such as NEWBIZ10.ZIP, NEWBIZ10.LZH, NEWBIZ10.ARJ
  44.          or, in the case of a self-extracting file, NEWBIZ10.EXE.

  46.          Many Disk Vendors customarily add a small text file
  47.          (promotional message) to an archived- or DOC file. This
  48.          method is acceptable and may be used, provided ALL NewBiz
  49.          files are otherwise unmodified and complete.
  50.  
  51.          NewBiz can be described as follows:
  52.  
  53.          "Brainstorming Program to set up your own business", or:
  54.  
  55.          "Brainstorming Program for generating ideas to set up your own
  56.          business on a shoestring, without requiring heavy investment"

  58.          NewBiz can contain a maximum of 200 (personal) assets and 200

  62.          (business) ideas.
  63.          Context-sensitive help is available throughout the program.
  64.          Because of the very thorough idea evaluation procedure
  65.          contained in the program, NewBiz can also be used as a
  66.          standalone Personal Decision Support System.

  68.          Registration costs only US $24.95 plus US $5.05 for S&H of a
  69.          FREE NewBiz Update. The benefits of registration include:
  70.  
  71.          - receipt of a Personal Code, with which the user can register
  72.            NewBiz to his or her name, thus enabling him or her to by-
  73.            pass the Registration Screen and Registration reminders in
  74.            the program
  75.          - free support by First Class Air- or Electronic Mail for the
  76.            first 90 days after payment, consisting of answering
  77.            questions and fixing any reproducible program errors that
  78.            interfere with the intended use of the program
  79.          - a FREE NewBiz Update, to be sent at the earliest
  80.            convenience by First Class Air Mail as a LETTER
  81.  
  82.          NewBiz is also ideal as teaching material for schools,
  83.          universities and other educational institutions where
  84.          Creative Thinking and Problem Solving is taught. Site
  85.          licenses offering discounts of up to 80% are available (see
  86.          the NBSITLIC.REG file or type NBSITLIC for futher
  87.          information).

  89.          NewBiz runs on any IBM-compatible PC (XT, AT, 386 or 486
  90.          machine) with or without color and with or without printer.
  91.          DOS 3.2 or higher required.
